Marissa has 30 years of experience in the beauty industry with a varied history which includes working as a chem tech and an educator for stylists.  Her teachings include how to transpose color formulation from one brand to another and understanding the chemical qualities and compositions of hair products - from wet lines for styling to chemical lines for color and texture alteration.

"I have a total love of all things beauty.  My education in facial analysis and hair design is built around a theory that beauty is found in balance - we can create that!  The same theory can apply for make up.  I LOVE special occasion work and formal hair styling.  It's such a great feeling to watch a person's confidence grow as they see their beauty potential highlighted.  Our field of work is a wonderful privilege.  To see inside someone's world and become part of it for a short time.  Allowing the client to see a new vision of themselves that perhaps they didn't think was there before . . . this is such a great career." ~ Marissa
